    Default Nine Fruits That Could Cause Gas

    Here are nine fruits that could cause gas and bloating.

    Apples
    Pears
    Cherries
    Grapes
    Mango
    Pineapple
    Dried Apricots
    Raisins
    Prunes

    This is due to the high sugar content. They don't bother me, in fact they keep me quite regular. What do you think? Do they cause you to bloat or give you gas?

    Every reacts differently, but too much fruit can cause bloating and wind if eaten on an empty stomach. I think the body struggles to digest when there are too many acids.

    I get too much acid reflux so I don't eat fruit, but drink juices in moderation instead.
