    A dietitian had said that changing your eating habits can help in reducing the rigors of acid reflux. But an internist said that an early bedtime can greatly ease acid reflux particularly the symptoms suffered during sleep like the sore throat. And early bedtime gives respite to the tired body sooner so it recovers faster.

    This is good to know, I have noticed less of a burn feeling in my throat since i started going to bed earlier and having really light dinners very early. I feel even better now that I stopped taking omeaprozole, it might sounds amazing, but it's very true!
